Anycubic ABS filament is equipped with an RFID intelligent recognition system that automatically identifies the filament and prints optimal settings when used with the ACE Pro printer. This streamlined process helps achieve an efficient, hassle-free printing experience. Note that the RFID function requires an internet connection and is compatible only with Anycubic filaments supporting this feature.

The filament is engineered with optimized anti-warping properties. It supports a 220mm×220mm anti-warping print area with a heated bed maintained at 100℃, significantly reducing thermal stress during printing. This design helps ensure stable prints, even when using larger build volumes compared to other materials that are more prone to warping.

For optimal results, it’s recommended to pre-dry the filament at 70℃–80℃ for 8–12 hours. During printing, use a temperature range of 240℃–280℃ with a heated bed set between 80℃–100℃. A printing speed of 50–150 mm/s, a cooling time of about 6 seconds, and a maximum volumetric flow rate of 15 mm³/s are advised to achieve high-quality prints while maintaining material integrity.
